Durability of ESMIL Grit Washer

The grit washing devices are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
The screw mechanism uses wear-resistant guides made from “Hardox” steel – a material with high resistance to abrasive wear. It is commonly used for manufacturing products and structures exposed to wear, which significantly extends the service life of the products.
The axial screw conveyor is made from high-strength steel.
Corrosion protection in the form of volumetric etching and passivation with special agents.
The use of modern manufacturing technologies for joining the body and mechanism components.

Grit washing installations are made of stainless steel and polymer materials. The equipment size is selected depending on the required capacity and the properties of the slurry being processed. The data for selecting the equipment is provided by the customer or the design organization in the questionnaire.

Are there options for protecting equipment during operation in adverse climatic or other conditions? We can offer a higher level of protection for electrical equipment – above IP55. It is also possible to manufacture the equipment in an explosion-proof version. Can the equipment be used outside of existing or specially prepared premises? As an option, the grit washing installations can be made in an outdoor version.
