We hereby inform you that as of March 26th 2026, the name of our company will change from: „Prodeko-Ełk” Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (VAT ID: PL8481407072) to „Esmil” Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
The decision to change the company name results from our intention to unify marketing communication and further strengthen brand consistency in international markets. For many years, Prodeko-Ełk has conducted its operational activities under the ESMIL brand, offering equipment and advanced technological systems for the water and wastewater treatment sector.
These solutions are designed with individual customer requirements in mind and are often delivered as highly customised equipment and installations intended to operate under demanding technological conditions. At the same time, the trademark rights to the ESMIL brand in international markets belong to Prodeko-Ełk.
The name change therefore represents a natural step that aligns the company’s legal name with the brand that has long been used in our day-to-day business operations. Thanks to many years of experience and projects implemented in numerous countries, the ESMIL brand is widely recognised as a manufacturer of advanced technological solutions for wastewater treatment.
Please note that this change concerns only the company name. All other company details remain unchanged, including the Tax ID (NIP), company registration number (KRS), bank account numbers, telephone numbers, registered office address and the composition of the Management Board.
We kindly ask you to reflect this change in all new documents issued for our company starting from 26.03.2026.
We would also like to emphasise that, in accordance with applicable law, the change of the company name does not change the legal entity. The company remains the same party to all previously concluded agreements and obligations. Consequently, the change of name does not affect the rights and obligations arising from existing contracts and does not require any amendments to those agreements.
