Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an engineer with experience in membrane technologies.
We also welcome candidates:
- with experience in water treatment (RO/NF/UF) who are interested in developing into more complex wastewater treatment processes
- with field service experience who want to grow into engineering and process roles
Responsibilities
- Selection of technologies and equipment for membrane-based treatment systems
- Conducting laboratory and pilot testing, analysis of results
- Participation in R&D activities
- Commissioning and start-up of installations
- Monitoring system performance and providing technical support
- Troubleshooting and solving process-related issues
- Site visits and business travel (Poland and internationally)
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of membrane technologies (mandatory)
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental or related fields)
- English proficiency (min. B2) – daily communication in an international environment
- Basic understanding of:
- hydraulics
- pumps and piping systems
- instrumentation and control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (including international travel)
Nice to Have
- Experience in wastewater treatment
- Experience in industrial equipment service
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- International experience
- Knowledge of additional European languages
