To address this, we have developed a mobile pilot unit based on membrane technology. This versatile solution enables testing of various membrane types directly on real process streams, while providing reliable operational data required for full-scale system design.
We are currently conducting pilot tests on industrial wastewater from a waste processing plant. ESMIL has extensive experience in designing and implementing landfill leachate treatment solutions, as demonstrated by completed projects in this field.
The tests are carried out at our production facility, where operating parameters are continuously monitored and process data is collected for further analysis and optimization of the technological solution.
Flexible configuration and wide application range
The ESMIL pilot unit is designed for maximum flexibility. It allows operation with different membrane types, including microfiltration (MF), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF), and reverse osmosis (RO). The system supports standard membrane sizes such as 2540 and 4040 and can operate at pressures up to 60 barg.
PLC control enables operation in various modes with minimal operator involvement, ensuring repeatability of results and ease of testing.
